What happens next.

Whether you book a call or send a message, the first conversation is about your operation, not our pitch.

  1. 1You get in touchA line or two about what's going on is plenty. No brief or spreadsheet needed.
  2. 2We talk it throughWhat's working, what isn't, and what good would look like for you and your customers.
  3. 3We suggest a way forwardAdvice, a set-up, a team we run, or a mix of the three, and what it would take to get there.

Before you get in touch.

Do I need to know what I need before we talk?

No. Most people come to us with a problem rather than a solution. It might be more work than people, hours nobody covers, a peak on the way, or a helpdesk that never got set up properly. Working out whether that calls for advice, a set-up or a team we run is what the first conversation is for.

We're quite small. Is it worth a call?

Yes. A lot of what we do suits a business before it needs a team of its own, such as setting up the helpdesk, writing down how the work should run, or cover shared with other clients. Getting the basics right early is easier than fixing them later.

How large an operation can you take on?

Our experience is in running customer operations at enterprise scale, in-house and with outsourcing partners. So the structure a large operation needs is familiar ground, from layers of management to specialists in quality, training, workforce planning and recruitment. We build it around the work, whatever its size.

Is there anything I should have ready?

Nothing formal. If you have them to hand, a rough idea of how many customer contacts you get, the channels they come in on and the tools you use helps us get to the point quickly.

Where are you based?

We're in the UK and Ireland, and the teams we run work from the Philippines, Portugal and Ireland. We work with businesses wherever they are, and first conversations happen by video call.

Will you tell me if you're not the right fit?

Yes. If what you need is something we don't do, we'll say so, and where we can, point you to someone who does.
