For AI companies
Your AI keeps getting better.
More and more customers are coming on board. Dealing with your company should be as good as using your product.
Book a callWhat we do
Questions about an account or a bill, reports about what your product produced, answers to check and data to label. Some of each needs a person.
Which parts we take on is up to you
It could be your customer support, on billing, plans, limits and access. It could be your community, and what people share there. Or it could be work on the product itself, such as data labelled and its answers checked against your guide.
We can also set up and plan
If you need it, we can set up what the work runs on, for instance your helpdesk, your reporting, or your processes mapped out end to end, improved and written down. And we can work with you to plan how your operations should run, now or in the future.
Who gets in touch, and why.
People on a plan of their own, companies and developers each write in about different things. Some of it is about what the product itself said or made.
People on a plan of their own
At any hour, in the middle of using it
- “I’m paying, so why have I hit a limit?”
- Paid, and the account still shows the free plan
- A refund on a plan they’ve just bought
- A request it wouldn’t carry out, and they want to know why
- “Who owns what I’ve made with it?”
- Suspended, and asking for it to be looked at again
Companies on a team plan
Setting up, and as people join and leave
- Adding and removing people
- An invoice that needs the company’s tax details
- Moving from separate plans to one team plan
- The person who managed the plan has left
- “Is what our staff type used to train it?”
Developers building on it
When something they’ve built stops working
- A bill far bigger than expected
- Cut off by a limit in the middle of a job
- An access key that has stopped working, or been shared by mistake
- “It’s got worse since the update.”
- A version they built on, changed or withdrawn
What we’d take on.
One of these or several, done to your policies and in your own tools.
Billing, plans, limits and access.
Charges, plan changes and usage limits are explained from the account and your published terms. Refunds are made as your policy allows. A report about what your product produced is written up with what was asked and what came back.
- A paid plan that isn’t showing on the account
- A limit reached on a paid plan
- A charge to explain, or a refund to make
- People added to a team plan, or taken off it
- An access key that has stopped working
Account · A writing tool
“I’ve paid, and it still says I’m on the free plan”
- The payment found, on an account under another email address
- They had signed up twice, once with each address
- Signed in to the first, and the paid plan was there
Sorted, and the spare account closed at their request
Answered, and kept to your rules.
Where you run a Discord server or a forum, questions there are answered or pointed to the right place. Where customers can publish what they’ve made, or report somebody else’s, it is read against the rules you’ve written.
- Questions in your server or forum
- Posts checked against your rules
- What customers publish, and what gets reported
Community · An image tool
“Why do my results look different since yesterday?”
- Answered in the channel, from your notes on the update
- The setting that brings back the earlier style pointed out
- Other members have asked the same today
Answered where everyone can see it, and the pattern passed to you
To your guide, in your own tool.
Your data is labelled, and your product’s answers compared, scored or read as a sample, to the guide you’ve written. A second person checks a sample of the work, and anything the guide doesn’t settle comes to you as a question.
- Text, images, audio or documents labelled
- Two answers compared, and the better one chosen
- A sample of everyday answers read against your guide
- Recordings typed up
Rating · An assistant
A batch of answers to score
- Each one scored against your guide, in your tool
- A sample scored again by a second person
- Your guide doesn’t say how to score a right answer that gives no sources
Batch finished, and the question with you
Around the product
And the things you hadn’t thought to ask for.
One of the jobs above may be all you came for. These are three more that we could run, set up or plan with you.
- We run it
Your support AI, checked
Where an AI agent answers your customers first, a sample of what it told them is read against your help pages and your policies. What it got wrong comes back to you.
AI chatbot quality checks - We set it up
Help pages that keep up with the product
Articles on plans, limits and what the product does, kept up to date as it changes. They are also what an AI agent answers from.
Processes and knowledge base - We plan it with you
Before the next launch
How the work is organised today, and what to have in place before a release brings a wave of new customers.
Consultancy
The team behind it.
Your customers deal with your company. The team behind it works to your policies, in your tools.
Hired and led by us
Trained on your product and your policies before they answer anyone. Team leads whose job is coaching.
How we workWhere the work runs from
One of our three locations, in the Philippines, Portugal or Ireland. It is settled with you at the start, by the hours, the languages and the work.
Where we workYour customers’ data
Handled only on your instructions, and never used to train our own AI tools. No shared logins, and only the access the work needs.
Security and data protection
Questions, answered.
The things AI companies are likely to ask first.
What kind of work can you help us with?
It could be your customer support, your community and what people share there, or work on the product itself, such as data labelled and answers rated. We can also set up what that work runs on, and work with you to plan how it should run. Whether that’s one part or several is up to you.
How do we get started?
With a conversation about your operation and what you need. From there, we work out together where we can help and what comes next. How we work
Is there a minimum team size?
No. It can be a single person or an enterprise-scale operation. We build the structure around the work, whatever its size.
Can you cover just evenings, weekends or the days after a launch?
Yes. It could be the hours your own people are offline, or the days after a launch, planned with you ahead of the date.
Does the team decide refunds, or bring them to us?
That is yours to set, for each kind of work, and it is written down before the team starts. The team can act to your written rules on refunds. Or you can keep every decision yourselves. The team then takes each request in full, passes it on and tells the customer what happens next.
Will the team work in our tools?
Yes. That might be an off-the-shelf helpdesk, the admin side of your billing system or a review tool you built yourselves. The team works in whatever you run on. Each person needs a login or a seat of their own, which is yours to give, because we don’t work from a shared password.
How does the team learn our product, and keep up as it changes?
Through training, before anyone answers a customer. How that training happens depends on what material you already have, how soon you need people, and how much of it you want to run yourselves. Changes to plans, limits and policies are trained in as they arrive. How far ahead we hear about a release is agreed with you at the start. How we work
How do we know how it’s going?
Real pieces of work are reviewed against your process, and what the reviews find goes into each person’s coaching. You get regular reporting on how the work is going, what we’ve found and what we’re doing about it.How we work
We already have an AI agent answering customers. Where does a team fit?
After it. The team picks up what your AI agent hands over. It can also read a sample of what the agent told people, and report what it got wrong.AI chatbot quality checks
What if the work I need help with isn’t listed here?
Tell us about it. This page covers the work AI companies are most likely to need, not everything we do. If the work follows a process and happens in an inbox, a review queue or your own tools, there’s a good chance we can take it on. If it isn’t one for us, we’ll say so.Tell us about your business
How much does it cost?
It depends on the kinds of work, the hours you want covered and the languages you need. We work it out with you once we understand your operation.
